Pre-recorded Video Oral Presentation
- All presentations will be done using pre-recorded video.
- Presenters must submit their videos for presentation according to the conference guidelines.
- Presentations will be assessed by a panel of judges, and awards will be given for the best presenter/presentation on each topic.
Video Oral Presentation Guidelines
- You should prepare a 10 minutes video presentation, having you presenting in front of a camera OR your voice over the PowerPoint OR a combination of any other creative presentation methods. You may use multiple screens, one for the PowerPoint presentation and a smaller one including you as the presenter.
- This video should not be more than 10 minutes in length. After which, during the presentation session, you will be given 3 minutes of live Q&A.
- The resolution of the video should be of high definition (720p or 1080p) with MPEG/MP4 format.
- All information such as the title of your paper, authors’ name, the affiliation must appear on the first slide of your presentation.
- All presentations must be in English.
- No background music is allowed.
